ENGAGEMENT ASSURANCE

Do not start until five rules have an owner.

The contract must name the people, systems, information, decisions, safeguards, and exit terms for the work being purchased.

FIVE QUESTIONS

Every boundary needs an owner.

  1. 01

    Access

Name each system, purpose, permission, participant, and time limit. Start with the least access that can answer the question.

  2. 02

    Authority

Tinework and AI may propose. A named client owner approves policy, exceptions, and production use.

  3. 03

    Ownership

Name who owns the workflow, code, credentials, vendors, support, documentation, and change budget.

  4. 04

    Proof

Set a baseline, measures, stop conditions, and a review date before the pilot begins.

  5. 05

    Exit

Keep a manual fallback, recovery path, portable record, and clear right to stop.

REASONS TO STOP

Do not proceed when the boundary cannot be made real.

Stop or redesign the work when there is no owner, no permitted information, unsafe access, no fallback, or no way to measure the promised value.
